Our Bouclé Heat Pillow is the perfect way to pause and rest on any day of the week. Hand-filled with locally sourced barley and lavender, the gentle aromatic blend will inspire a deeper state of relaxation. Featuring a luxe and cruelty-free bouclé upper and a soft cotton backing, gently heat for two minutes to help ease symptoms associated with period cramps, body aches and muscle tension, or place in the freezer for 10 minutes in warmer months to turn it into a cool pack.

Directions for Use

Directions for use: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.
